How do you track which leads are 'yours'?

What if a lead closes 6 months after you sent it?

Can I switch to a standard monthly package later?
Yes. If you prefer the predictability of a fixed monthly fee after trying revenue share, you can switch to The Lead Machine⢠or other packages. The $15K setup fee will be credited toward your new package.
What if I'm not closing enough leads to make this work?
If your close rate is below 30%, revenue share probably doesn't make sense. We'll identify this in the application process and recommend a standard package like The Lead Machine⢠instead. We only want partnerships where both sides win.
Do I pay revenue share on ALL my revenue or just leads you generate?
Only on revenue from leads we generate through our marketing efforts. Your existing customers, referrals, and other lead sources are 100% yours with no revenue share.
Is there a minimum or maximum revenue share amount?
Yes. We typically set a minimum monthly revenue share (e.g., $2,500) to ensure the partnership is worth our investment. There's usually no maximumâif you're crushing it and generating $100K/month in revenue from our leads, we both win big.
What happens if we want to end the partnership?
You can exit the partnership anytime with 60 days notice. You'll owe revenue share on any deals that close from leads we sent during the active partnership (subject to the attribution window). You keep all assets we createdâwebsite, content, ad accounts, CRM setup.
